Project Schedule, Budget and Management Plans

Description Accelerators                  
Define the work schedule to be followed, the resources and associated
time commitments required for the project and its phases. Include the
processes involved in estimating, budgeting, and controlling costs
associated. The information should be compiled using a common
framework to coordinate all the planning efforts (time, cost, quality, risk,
stakeholders, etc.)
Procedure
For this deliverable the OneService Team will be responsible to create the project/phase schedule and
assign resources to the scheduled activities and tasks (including Workshops).

The project scheduled and cost baseline will be created as part of this deliverable.

The project schedule needs to be signed-off by the customer.

The project team also needs to collect input needed for the project management plan and document it in
a format suitable for both communication purpose as for formal sign-off purpose, if possible utilizing the
accelerator file(s) provided.
