    R0 Form is exclusively used to make a request to be allowed to enroll a subject with a pre-requisite which an irregular
    student has not yet completed. Pursuant to strict policy implementation, R0 forms submitted for any other purpose like
    adding or changing of subjects and requests for manual tagging of subjects will NOT BE ADMITTED AND
    ACCOMMODATED. The relaxation of the rules on pre-requisite has been authorized by the Legal Education Board in a
    limited period due to the transition to online legal education. Nevertheless, the student must have already taken all the pre-
    requisites subject of the subject requested to be enrolled in order to be eligible for consideration. However, the request for
    R0 would be denied if there are available regular subjects or open subjects which the irregular student may enroll into in the
    schedule requested.
