SCHOOL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

1. It is the duty of all teachers, pupils and other school personnel to attend the Flag Raising
Ceremony everyday. Teacher should stay at the back of their pupils to maintain good
discipline and orderliness.

2. All pupils should use the playground for their playing activities. Playing and loitering in areas
like the front gardens, Science Garden, Math Garden, Vegetable Garden, Herbal Garden and
other gardens are prohibited. Loitering at the pathwalk/corridors while classes are going on is
also prohibited.

3. Passing in and out of the rooms should be done in every courteous manner – single line and
without noise. Observe the same when pupils transfer from one room to another and during
dismissal period.

4. All kinds of gambling even in the most simple form are strictly prohibited inside the school
compound.

5. Patronize our school canteen. Teachers should encourage all pupils to buy all their needs
from our canteen. This will eliminate the risk of exposing children to traffic hazards and
accidents when they go out of school. No stores inside the classroom.

6. Keep all surroundings clean. Tell pupils to use the waste containers or garbage cans in
throwing their combustible wastes. Wastes should be classified into biodegradable and non-
biodegradable.

7. All teachers, pupils and other school personnel should help in picking up thrashes, pieces of
papers and other scattered materials that they see along the way to their classrooms.

8. Observe time schedule, follow recess periods and class programs carefully and
conscientiously, although at times, they may be flexible as the needs so demand.

9. Take good care of all school properties. Vandalism on the part of all school personnel and
pupils should be eliminated totally.

10. Vegetables and other ornamental plants should be planted in any vacant area of the school. It
is the duty of everybody to keep the school CLEAN AND GREEN.

11. Teachers and pupils should always come to school in their prescribed uniform.

12. Above all, let us strive to make our school the best show-window of educational leadership
and excellent performance and a model showcase of hard-working government employees
which can always be proud of.
