After overwhelming response we received for first ever online course in Pakistan on
"Construction Contracts Management & Alternate Dispute Resolution", we are pleased
to open registrations for next batch.

This course gives exposure to legal & contractual segments of engineering

management. Participants will learn essentials of Contract Law, detailed exposition
of the popular FIDIC COC, Contract Life-cycle Management, Construction Claims, ADR
and much more stuff.

It will be presented by Engr. Sajid Qureshi who is one of the best construction-
lawyers in Pak. He's authored several books on the subject & is well known for his
services in Contracts, Claims, Arbitration & Litigation.

Deadline for registration: 25.9.2020

Classes will start from 28.9.2020. Lectures will be held from Mon to Thurs at 6-8pm
via Zoom (Recorded lectures will be given on same day).
