This is to inform you that we (Techno Minders (Pvt) Ltd) is introducing a emergency calling system for

the tourism sector. This has bellowed listed benefits to the tourism industry:

1- 1. To provide information on product and service available in Sri Lanka of the product they
wanted to buy for eg: SIM Card or a internet connection.

2- Any problems or complaint can be reported to relevant authorities. For eg: Tourist Police

3- Any taxi fare related doubts can be rectified.

4- Medical assistant and precaution awareness. Helping them to find the nearest hospital. Useful for
old people and patients.

5- Re-direct them to main location if they are lost and out of their journey route.

6- In case of emergency mainly on personnel attack and sabotage.

7- Language translation assistant for other language speakers.

How this system work:

This system have 3 button to buttons to press in case of emergency or complaint, and
the data is forwarded to Techno Minders control room which operates 24 hours to
answer calls and sends details online to police stations.

When press SOS button the control room receives an alarm which shows the tourist
location. Also this will activate online voice chat with control room in case of help or
emergency.
