Kabul Adventure Excursion (KAE) will be established to provide hard adventure sport travel
packages with upscale accommodations, gourmet food high quality services as this area of
business are improving day by day in the country. KAE hard adventure will include sky-diving,
kayaking, with water rafting, hiking and mountain biking. The business idea mostly suits high
profile and wealthy people with luxury desires.

Answer: Problems that exists now:
 Sportsmen do not have full packages for going on adventures like this,
o Our company will provide in cheaper cost all the services
 There are no facilities for tourism in the country
o Our organization thinks of promoting tourism in the country.

This service company can provide benefits to three parties
 Working staff of the company as for starting this type of service company we need
human force in different provinces and places so with starting this company a lot of
professionals and day to day workers will find job.
 As a whole the country will benefit from this domestic people won’t spend their money
with international companies and countries. Which will directly have impact on the
national tourism, in simple words more tourists more money in the country.
 By providing this service the owners of the company will benefit and besides they won’t
need to take out their money out of the country which can be beneficial for both parties.

To start a service business it needs time, firstly it will need the owners at least two months to
survey and analyses the market and collect information on starting the business in this specific
are. Besides hiring special workers and tourist guides and having contracts with local hotels and
clearing the legal matters with the government will take around 8 months. To predict it will take
1 year to start and run this kind of business.
