1. Define Company:-

Better to copy from the standard company code ‘1000’


2. Define Company Code:-

Copy from the standard company code - 0001

After copied, go to Edit company code and change the Description of the company code
3. Define Plant:-

Copy from the standard plant ‘0001’


4. Maintain Storage Location:-

Two storage locations can be created 5000(ROD) and 6000 (AFS) 5000 is treated as receiving at
dock and once GR is completed your IM and FI transactions is completed however the inventory
does not allow the inventory to be promised to customer order or committed to outbound delivery.
When the product is put in to warehouse it is automatically transferred by the EWM system to the
storage location that is available for picking in this example 6000 used available for sales storage
location.

Delete all other storage locations which are already copied from the storage locations

9. Define Loading Group:

Loading group" refers to how the material is loaded to the deliveryvehicle—for example,
manually, by forklift, etc. Based on thecombination of loading group and shipping
condition, a shipping pointis determined to load the materials.
