 Strategy and structure:

After pandemic of COVID-19 we need more changes in association for working distantly
virally and making headquarter occupations. We should focus on the strategy of internet
showcasing an E-commerce move our business in online commercial center. We should focus on
this strategy and structure to dodge COVID-19 spread.

 Size and structure:

We should spread out business in online based not utilize distinct individual to
individual. We need to decrease the quantity of representatives inside the building of person. We
need to lessen the quantity of workers with in the buildings of association. We should focus on
virtual positions for representatives just specialized staff need for working in businesses and
association and others staff work distantly in online like remote helper’s online publicist.

 Environmental uncertainly and structure:

We should act in a circumstance of environment vulnerability later on. We would prefer


not to perceive any issue and not have any desire to see annihilate business or association in

The COVID-19 pandemic has a major effect on our organization. They should keep in

work will be a permanent feature for future. The COVID-19 pandemic has a major effect on our
lives and organization. Many of us are facing challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, we
need to keep in mind SOP’s is better for organization for future work.
