A. ELECTRICAL:
 All electrical equipment and materials to be supplied and installed under this contract
shall be of first grade design and manufacture as per QCS, IEC and KAHRAMAA
standard. It shall be fully tropicalised and shall be designed to give full rated output
considering the extreme weather condition in Qatar.

 The breakers shall be suitable for use on the system nominal voltage of 415/240 volts,
three or single phase, 50 Hz and shall comply with IEC 60898 and IEC 60947-2.

 Switchboard and Factory Built Motor Control Centres shall be manufactured, routine
tested in accordance with IEC 61439 Form 4B or Form 4 Type 7.

 The MCCs shall be free standing enclosure top entry for all incoming and outgoing
cables.

 Detailed electrical single line diagram, electrical layout, panel details which include
power/control diagram, make & model of all isolators, selector switch, control fuse,
breakers, pilot lamp, contactor, overload & earth leakage protection, etc. to be submitted
for further review.

 Method statement for all electrical installation.

B. MECHANICAL:
 Elevation of floating platform to understand the depth between nozzle and platform
 Level meter shall be provided each corner (4nos).
 Third party certification required for lifting equipment’s
 Lifting hoist shall be rotatable and length of the arm sufficient to reach the pump for lifting
& maintenance purpose.
 Floating fountain shall be capable to float with additional 300kg of weight.
 Locking arrangement for the plug-in boom hook shall be fixed and adjustable type.
 Roller for the cement block shall be dismantlable.
