Respected Sir,

I , Gaurav Yadav write you this letter as a plea for relaxation of fee Through this letter I wish to
inform you about the unprecedented loss in our family income which has been brought about by
COVID 19 pandemic.

It is my case that our family has suffered heavily due to COVID-19 and our regular source of income
has taken a serious hit. I wish to inform you that I am a resident of Lucknow city and my father is
involved in a private job at Sahara India limited .The company was surrounded with legal battles
from past few years which had impacted the salary of my father .Even before the pandemic my
father was receiving only 50 percent of the salary which drastically weakened our financial stability.

My studies had been top priority of my parents and therefore we were managing the fees somehow.

This year, due to COVID-19, the situation got worse and we incurred the following losses:

•My father has not received salary from past months.

•Seeing the current situation we are doubtful regarding receiving salary in coming future months

•The situation is currently worsening there are potential medical exigencies for which we need to
have financial backing.

We are financially dependent upon salary and it forms the primary source of income for us.

I have been a student of St.Thomas College for 10 years and this is 11th year at school. It has

always been like a huge family and therefore I hope this family is going to support me in these

difficult times.

In light of these unforeseen circumstances, I request you to please consider my plea and grant me
an exemption/relaxation in the fee by relaxing the utility charges for the period I am not on
campus. I pray to you to oblige me with any other relief that you think fit for my cause, for which, I
shall forever be indebted.

Kindly inform me about the decision taken on my application by appropriate means at the earliest
