Instructions to attend Online Class

1. Download / Install Zoom Application

2. CR / GR make their class whatsapp groups (Boys and Girls Separate groups)
3. Whatsapp groups must be only for IC&IP class
4. Every day before commencement of class your zoom link will be shared to
your whatsapp groups
5. Class timing would be as follows
40 minutes on Zoom and remaining time on whatsapp
6. After link sharing you have to join the class within 10 minutes, after that you
would be considered absent
7. Attendance may be taken 20 minutes after the commencement of the class,
or may be taken twice in a same class.
8. Enter into the zoom meeting with your roll numbers otherwise you would
be removed from the meeting
9. Make sure that your mike and camera is off during the meeting
10.Be attentive during the lecture and prepare your notes
11.Your Syllabus + Course outline + Course slides will be provided in your
whatsapp group
12.After every class you are allowed for 20 minutes to ask questions in
whatsapp group (You are not allowed to ask during the lecture)
13.Q/A session will play a vital role in your sessional marks
14.If you have any query you can ask me on my whatsapp with voice notes (you
are not allowed to call me accept CR/GR)
