Type the letter below in MS Word on a blank/new document
In MS Excel, create a table with 6 columns and 6 rows. Type the data in the table as shown
below in Excel. Save and close it.
In MS Word, Start Mail Merge in the Mailings Tab with Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard; follow
the steps accordingly.
On your, “letter document” fill- in- the- blanks ( _____) with your merge field/data from your
Excel Table such as the student name, student number, and amount.

2. Set “After Spacing” to “0pt” on the paragraph group.
All Shapes should have equal sizes.
Tip/s: Create and finalize the formatting of your very first shape and perform “copy and paste” to
obtain uniform sizes.
3. Apply Shape Styles and Shadow Effects on Shapes.
Tip/s: You can access drawing tools by double clicking on an object or shape.
4. Adjoin all the shapes and connecting lines using “Grouping” by pressing hold the Ctrl key +
object one by one, after clicking all of them; right click on the mouse, navigate to Grouping then
Group.
