The best way to stay fit is to join a gym or a health club.

The issue of whether the greatest way to keep fit is to go to the sport club has always aroused a great
deal of controversy. While some people believe that there are many ways to stay healthy, others are
convinced that a health club or sport club are not that good.

From my perspective, specialize clubs are the best options for people who want to stay fit. First of all,
there are trainers in this clubs who can help you to guide you in the right way and do not harm your
body during trainings. Secondly, coaches in a health clubs can give you advices about your diet.

However, there are people who do not share this opinion. They say that people can organize their own
training schedule and proper diet without guides. Some people are independent enough to do that by
themselves.

Nevertheless, I cannot agree with this point of view, because I think that coaches in a gym are
professionals and they can see problems in your diet or in the way you are training which you may not
recognize. They are essential if you want to lose weight or to fix your health.

To sum up, opinions on the issue are divided. I am absolutely certain that health clubs and a gym are the
best options for the people who want to stay fit.
