With reference to the above cited, I herewith submit that the works in the jurisdiction of 04

mandals, works of medium irrigation, minor irrigation, APIIATP and APILIP-II works in the control of

A.R.Sub Division No.02, Gajapathinagaram under the control of Irrigation Division, Vizianagaram. So,

the private vehicle hired is very essential to look after the above said works.

Hence, I request the private hired vehicle continuation for the period from 01.04.2021 to

31.03.2022 for utilization of Deputy Executive Engineer, A.R.Sub Division No.02, Gajapathinagaram

for official use.
