The leaders or directors of organizations are often older people.

But
some people say that young people can also be leaders. To what extent
do you agree or disagree?

It is true that a majority of associations’ managers are senior citizens. However, many people argue
that young employees can take up the post just as well. Personally, I believe that young leaders’
boundless energy and fresh perpective could help with the company’s productivity, and I therefore
agree completely with this viewpoint.

Young captains radiates positive energy, which make an impressive impact on any environments
they’re working. They are skillful at inspiring the employees and getting them enthusiastic about
accomplishing goals. Younger managers pull their workforce to a forwarding destination, while older
ones tend to push them too hard without fully compromising.
