* Teamwork’s killers
- Lack of trust or communication.
- Poor listenning skills.
- Personal conflict.
- No shared mission (which may lead to conflict).

*As an extrovert who tends to overcommunicate, I find it quite


challenging to listen closely enough to understand another person’s point
of view. But I think I’m making progress.
 To be better listeners, we all have to ask questions to make
sure that we understand the idea that another person is
presenting, concentrate more on what the person is trying to
say to me in general than the small details.
 Wait until the end of conversation before making up your
mind.
 Seek evidence against your own position: play devil´s
advocate with your own views.

* Reasons
- Upcoming disasters that we fail to anticipate.(esp the covid-19 virus)
- Devoiding of manpower resoures.
* Solutions:
- Start immediately (not waiting for the best time) ( in this pandemc
period only).
-  Set firm dates and timelines for every action you want to take
- Prepare a back-up plan.
- Seek the perspectives of outsiders. (participants)

* What I’ve learned:
- Be kind and humble to others.
- Always strive for excellence.
- Set high expectations for yourself and those with whom you work.
- Be patient.
- Adapt to situations, be flexible in your methods, stay strong in your
values, and serve others selflessly.
* What I don’t like:
- She’s generous and adorable.
