What is advantage of following principles of training when implementing a
training regime compared to randomly doing exercises?
In order to get the most out of your training, you must follow some basic simple training principles that are overload, specificity, reversibility, and variance. Overload means we must put our bodies under more stress than normal in order for adaptive changes to be made. The advantage of following the principles of training is that in order to make them a better training for the person it will have a safe and achieve its goals that the athlete or person want to achieve. Based from my understanding on what I have read is that understanding exercise principles allows trainers to monitor the stress (exercise load) placed upon their client in order to make the training safe and effective, helping the client to achieve their goals. And in the principles of training, it has a proper exercise and routine that will benefit for the person on what he or she that they wanted to achieve because without following a principle of training it can does not develop other components of fitness or can be difficult to maintain work rate and etc. So, what is it important? Well, that’s why it is very important to have a understanding in exercise in order to have principles to allows trainers to monitor the stress which is the exercise load, placed upon their client in order to make the training safe and effective, helping the client to achieve their goals. Understanding principles of training will benefits to all of us not just for the athletes but also to all of us in order to have a better strength to our body system but also to have a safer place or safer exercise to all of us.
