Nowadays, more and more people are travelling to foreign countries.

The world is so beautiful


and it would be a loss not to see the Grand Canyon, the Great Wall of China or other fascinating
spots. There is no doubt that some countries are affected negatively by global tourism, the most
affected area being the environment. Nevertheless, the culture and the history of some countries
have appeared to be known better by people, especially because of tourism.

Global tourism offers some remarkable advantages. Not only an economical one for the
countries, but it also improves people’s knowledge notably. For instance, discovering some
wonderful places might help people appreciate others’ tradition, enriching their culture. Seeing
and knowing the differences between some cities or villages by visiting them and talking to their
inhabitants, definitely improves our perception in other people.

Similarly, the environment is a vital part of a country. Unfortunately, global statistics have
reported massive problems within nature and wildlife due to an increase of tourists. For example,
many animal species are being affected because lots of tourists do not consider the rules of
protecting the nature, some species being in danger of going extinct. We should be aware of the
negative effects because the lack of carefulness could lead to a disaster.

In summary, the most affected area is the environment. The only way to stop it is to care more
about the nature and to be more concerned about wildlife. After all, nature is the very core of
life.
