Supply Capacity:
This Distributor Package can initially supply 6- 10 branches. The distributor should add more
equipment should they exceed the recommended Branch Supply Capacity.

Terms:
- Acquiring New Franchise Branches: The Principal Franchisor will get 100% of the first 5 acquired
franchise branches. The Distributor will get 50% net of the franchise fee from the 6th franchise
onwards.
- Setting up new Franchise Branches – The Distributor shall get a 60% discount on the franchise
fee should they put up their own branch within their area.
- Principal Premium -The Principal Franchisor will get 12% of the GROSS SALES of the Distributor
remitted every 15th and 30th of the month. The computation cut off is every 26 – 10 and 11-25,
computed via UTAK POS.
- Royalty – The Principal Franchisor will collect P2,000.00 fixed royalty from the branches (you
won’t have to pay this, the branch owners will)
- The Principal Franchisor can add other SGK branches to the Distributor’s Supply Network.
