The study of organizational behavior is one of the most significant elements in the management sciences, as it makes management learn from what has succeeded elsewhere. Course Deseription: Organizational behavior is the study of individuals and the implications of their actions within the context of the organization in a workplace setting. It investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior within organizations framework. This course provides an overview of key concepts of “organizational behavior and applying them to practical business situations.
