N : “Hello, good morning. I’m Dayu as a nurse on duty here. Can I help you ?”

P : “Hello, good morning. Yes, I want to check my condition.

N : “Ok. Before that, What is your name Mrs?

P : “ My name is Sukma “

N : Can i know your date of birth?”

P : “18th Mei 1995.”

N : “Alright, so what is your problem Mrs. Sukma ?”

P : “I have problem on my stomach.”

N : “How do you feel Mrs. Sukma ?”

P : “I have stomach ache, since 3 days ago I have been constantly defecating. I felt nausea

and sometimes I vomited.”

N : “Have you ever ate something before this happened?”

P : “Yes, I ate some food that I bought on the roadside. And a few hours later, my stomach

wasn’t feeling good”

N : “And then, how many times you do your bowel movement in a day?”

P : “Hmm, I’m not sure, maybe four times a day.”

N : “Ok. Is the stool formed or loosed? And what color is that?”

P : “It was loosed just like water and yellowish color. I also felt weak.”

N : “Alright, can I examine you now?”

P : “Sure.”

N : “I will check your temperature, blood pressure and pulse. And now I’m going to check

your temperature first. Please clip this thermometer in your armpit and wait until the
beep sound appear.”

P : “Ok.”

N : “Ok. Your temperature is 37°C, nothing to worry about, it’s normal. Now, I will check

your blood pressure, can you roll up your sleeve, please? I will put this cuff to your left

arm and measure your blood pressure.”

P : “Sure, just do it.”

N : “Your blood preesure is 120/80 mmHg, it’s normal too. Next, can I check your pulse,

please? I will put my finger to your wrist.”

P : “Of course.”

N : “Your pulse is 80x/minutes. So, everything is normal and nothing to worry.”

P : “Alright, then what should I do?”

N : “Please follow me to the next room, the doctor will examine you deeply and give you

some medicine if required. And remember, before you eat some food, please wash your

hands. If the doctor give you some medicines, please eat it reguraly as recommended.”

P : “Alright Nurse, thank you so much.”

N : “Your welcome, is there anything else I can do for you?”

P : “No, thankyou nurse.”
