goals to mixed success.

GOVERNMENTS can spend money to create jobs and employ capital that have been
unemployed or underutilized.

which aims to ease the effects of the crisis on Filipino workers.

In some economies the development of transportation, power, and other utilities has
been carried out by the government.

administration that aims to usher the “Golden age of infrastructure” in the
Philippines.
