1. Product introduction
• COVID-19 Insurance is really crucial to protect you towards to the acute respiratory infection,
COVID 19 which is spreading widely today.
2. Eligibility
• Vietnamese who is full 15 days-old to 70 years old, is living and working in Vietnam
• Not covered for:
- Person with epilepsy, mental illness;
- Person who has tested positive for COVID 19 before enrollment date.
- Person is being isolated at a health facility due to suspicion of COVID-19 before the date
of enrollment.
3. Insurance Benefits – Insurance Coverage – Premium
• Insurance coverage: COVID-19 Acute Respiratory Disease Insurance covers the following
benefits:
- Death due to acute respiratory infection COVID - 19;
- Hospitalization allowance for COVID - 19.

4. Product Highlights
4.1 Benefits:
- Positive for COVID-19 with financial support up to 15 million (depending on participation
option)
- Paid up to 150 million (depending on participation option)
4.2 The convenience of compensation
- Take a picture of the file, then to be notified of the amount of compensation
4.3 Convenience of insurance participation
- Provide personal information (i.e. full name, phone number, ID card number)
- Participation age is extended to 70 years
5. Action-to-do if positive to COVID-19

- Step 2: Receive the insured amount through bank account
