We would like to brief ourselves as SIMPLEX CASTINGS LIMITED, an ISO 9001:2015

with NABL accredited labs, situated in center part of India, with two manufacturing Units,
one GREY IRON FOUNDRY at Bhilai & one HEAVY FABRICATION SHOP at Tedesara,
& a PROJECT DIVISION for jobs on turnkey basis. Our Fabrication unit is ASME certified
for U stamp.

We would like to inform you that we have supplied Center Part casting, End Part casting
and Grate Bar for pallet plant, And Door Jambs for Coke Oven. We are doing lot of casting
and fabricated components for Steel plant as well as other core sectors like Valves,
Pumps, Power, Cement, Mining, etc.

Castings facilities:
-We manufacture C.I. Castings up to 55 T single piece with an established capacity of
15,000 tons per year.
-Ductile / SG iron castings up to 8 T single piece with an established capacity of 9,600
tons per year.
-We have two Cupola Furnaces of 15 T per hour and 7 T per hour, one Medium Frequency
Induction Furnace of 3T (Twin Crucible), Holding Furnace 32 T and 10T capacity.
- All the testing facilities are inhouse including NDT.

Technological & Structural Fabrications:

We have full-fledged facilities with 70 T EOT Crane, equipped with Plate Bending
Machines, CNC Profile Cutting Machines, Robotic Welding, Hydraulic Presses, SAW, CO2
/ Argon Welding, Rectifier and Invertors, large Stress Relieving Furnace, Grit Blasting
unit, Paint Booth, etc. for executing Structural and Technological Fabrications and
Equipment manufacturing jobs.

Machining Facilities:
We have large and heavy machine shop equipped with conventional Plano-millers,
Vertical & Horizontal Boring, Vertical & Horizontal Milling Machines, Lathes, Radial Drilling
Machines, etc. We have CNC Machines both Vertical & Horizontal Borers.
