Q: Covid19 is pandemic in the world. It will more effect on developing countries due to scarce resources.
What do you think What strategies should be in the Organization to sustain the business? Explain your
answer with respect to your own Organization/ sector

As far as textile and garment sector is concerned, they have survived the pandemic by recession and
stopping employees salary for a time period in which industries have closed. But when industries have
backed on, the textile sector have decided to increase the production and lower the production rates to
increase the sales in order to sustain the business.

The managers have played their best role in keeping the employees to work hard and extra hours to
fulfill the requirements of the clients and the organization.
