TCWD111 ACTIVITY #4

The photo certainly shows the different life status of each person, how money
and poverty affect our choices and decisions in life and how it acts as a reflection of
someone’s behavior, character and perception in life. In our world today, capitalism is
everywhere, there are a lot of private employer or company who do not have
compassion to their workers, they wouldn’t care how much hard work their employees
are doing for them, they wouldn’t mind if they hurt them with their words, and they
wouldn’t care even their employees are tired and sick, because all they want is to gain
profit, investments, and a strong company name so that they can take all the benefits
from it.

We can see in the photo that there were two men who are staring at each
other and within a simple look between them is a surface faulting that separates them. I
can associate them as an employer and an employee of a certain company, the man
who smiles that almost reaches his ear is the employer while the other man who looks
sad and tired is the employee. After analyzing the photo, my criticism and interpretation
came up and it shows two different men, one is holding a bag of money while the other
one is almost touching the ground with his bare hands.
