Contract Agreement

Introduction: Due to the current conditions in Libya, as the Central Bank of Libya stopped
working three years ago in terms of issuing foreign remittances and in view of the need of
technical supply company for technology and industrial services and development residing in
Ganzur Tripoli Libya, Commercial Registration No.***** and License No. *****, to supply
pumps from the company ‘Flowserve’ to complete the maintenance of the water treatment
plant of the Libyan Cement Company Benghazi and it is agreed on the following:
Between each of the:
First: Technical Supply Company for Technology and Industrial Services and Development
Tripoli Libya represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ms. Leila Al-
Mabrouk Ali Al-Faleet referred to in this contract as the first party.
Second: The Company of mechanical industries in Central Turkey represented by the
President and the General Manager Mr. Salah Ben Hassin Alghazel and referred to in this
contract by the Second Party.

Article 1: The second party shall commit to transfer the full amount and the money that it’s
about ********* according to the initial invoice No. ***** dated ** / ** / **** issued by
******** from the account of the Central Industries Company Turkey Istanbul.
Article 2: The first party shall pay the said amount as soon as possible when the Central
Bank of Libya resumes its work on foreign transfers.
Article 3: The First Party shall pay all expenses incidental to this Agreement.
Article 4: This contract shall be terminated when the second party is paid.
