ABOUT BARKS AND RECREATION

Established in 2020, amidst the human lockdown, Barks and Recreation is the only
doganisation operating in Gujarat, India. Barks and Recreation brings everything, from
sprinting, dancing, eating to fetching, all in a single place.
Set on a 2 kms circular track, with different activities at every 500 meters checkpoints, we
ensure Ulti-mutt fun through the weekly Paw-grammes like ‘See you on the Bark side’, where
you sprint, you fetch, you run. The next checkpoint brings you to a dance session called ‘Wag
Time’. ‘Sit happens’ gives you the op-paw-rtunity to sit, relax, socialise. This is followed by
‘The Bone Appetite’, where we serve you with Fetch Fries, Mutt-on Bark-gers etc.
Barks and Recreation believes in keeping our dog community close, and our chew toys closer.
With no differentiation between street dogs and pet dogs, we take a new leash on life by
facilitating a setting where we forget all about our human friends, and start our mornings by
doing everything we love. We leave out everything that stresses us, shed our insecurities and
be our most fun selves.
Watching our human friends in the lockdown, made us realise of the importance of
independence, nature and most importantly, each other. To never let the Citizen Canines go
through that again, to keep the ruff we have for each other intact and growing, we raise the
woof to each other and promise to keep on bringing you what you love doing.
