1. Differentiate adulterated drugs, food and devices to misbranded drugs foods and devices.

 Adulterated drugs or devices are fails to meet the legal standards which
purports to be an official drug and its strength differs from, or its safely,
efficacy, quality or purity falls below the standards set forth while misbranded
drugs, foods and devices are defined as the misinformation or misleading
information on the label or other information materials authorized by the FDA
which purports to be the drug the name of which recognized in an official
compendium.

2. Discuss the function of FDA

 The function of FDA is to develops plans policies and strategies for regulating
processed foods, drugs and other products. It is liable for shielding the
general public health via way of means of making sure the protection,
efficacy, and safety of human and veterinary drugs, organic products, and
clinical devices; and via way of means of making ensuring the protection of
our nation's food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.

3. What is the purpose of RA 3720?

 The purpose of RA 3720 is an act to ensure the safety and purity of foods,
drugs, and cosmetics being made available to the public by creating the food
and drug administration which shall administer and enforce the laws
pertaining thereto.
