It could be argued that newgraduates are frequently the first people who have

a detrimental influence on the lack of jobs. This essay will look at some primary
affects of this and offer some possible solutions to the problem.
There are a number of reasons for the shortage of vacancies for school leavers.
The first reason is the economic downturn. The customers consume less much
because of the lack of money so that so that companies owners manufacture a
few productions. As a result the downward trend in the demand of worker in
factories. For example, the COVID 19 pandemic in Viet Nam which lead to a
wide range of companies breakdown that why companies’ leaders reduce
inexperienced employers. Another reason that the lack of experience, many
positions require hand-on experience instead of theoretical knowledge.
Employers tend to reject workers who are not talented and skillful. Therefore
the economy decline and shortage of skills have a effect on young people.
However, there are several actions that could be taken to solve the problems
mentioned above. For one thing is that the Government should support
companies owners by reducing taxes so that the the production of price falls
down leading to the purchase of much more production demand the more
consumers demand the more workers increase. Additionally, these days, the
advancement of technology which provides new graduates a large sources.
This helps them to get more knowledge for their future job. Furthermore,
school leavers should have a part time job when they are at school, which
young people would practise more and they might obtain more hand-on
experience in these job. Consequently, reducing the taxes and having a part
time job are necessary for inexperienced employees to compete in the job
market. 
In conclusion there are various factors leading to the lack of vacancies and
measures can be implemented to tackle this issue.
