6. Seller within five (5) working days provides to Buyer the Full Proof of Product as below:
6-1. Legalized and Notarized Commercial Invoice (CI)
6-2. Authority to Sell and Collect fund (ATSC)
6-3. Certificate of Origin (COO)
6-4. Export License (EXL)
6-5. Injection Report at Rotterdam shore Tank (IRR)
6-6. Fresh SGS Report at shore Tanks Rotterdam (SGS) not more than 24hours
6-7. Attestation of Allocation Certificate (AOA)
6-8. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA) confirm by sellers tank farm and authorities.
6-9. Rotterdam Shore Tank storage receipt (TSR) including GPS, Barcode and others info
6.10.IMFPA/NCND
7. Buyer verity’s POP as above and upon successful dip test on seller’s tank, buyer Provide TSR.
& ATI
8. Sellers inject fuels to buyers tank and buyer pay by MT103 and sellers transfer Title on
Buyers name
9. Seller submits new injection report and all exportation documents required of buyer for the
transaction
10. Buyer lifts product and seller pays out intermediaries involved as per IMPFA/ NCND
11. Buyer signs one year contract with Seller.

COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (CIF) STANDARD PROCEDURE ON TTO

1. buyer issues icpo with seller procedure.
2. seller issues takeover contract for review and endorsement by all parties. buyer sign and
send back the contract.

4. upon receipt of the above documents by the buyer, within 12 hours buyer makes payment of
to secure the title transfer deed to able vessel re-routing to the buyer's destination port and
sign ncnda/impfa.
5. upon receipt of the above payment of the title transfer deed, the ownership certificate will
be issued and the full set of proof of product along with shipping documents will be sent to the
buyer while the vessel will be re-routed to the current buyer discharge port.
6. upon arrival of the vessel at the buyer discharge port. the vessel captain will hand over all
the original pop documents to the buyer representative while buyer pays in full after positive
sgs, ciq or equivalent inspection at the discharge port via t/t wire transfer.
7. Mandates/ intermediaries receive their commissions according to spot delivery.
