MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

COME NOW, the two accused, CARLOS LOPEZ y ADVINCULA, by himself, unto this
Honorable Court, respectfully manifests that:

1. That accused was charged for DIRECT ASSAULT with a recommended bail of twelve
thousand pesos ( P12, 000.00);

2. That accused requesting this Honorable Court for a reduction of his bail from twelve
thousand pesos (P12,000.00) to six thousand pesos (P6, 000.00) for cash bond, so that he
could be able to enjoy provisional liberty while the instant case is pending;

3. That accused is indigent and had to seek the help of their family and friends to raise the
amount of his bail;

4. He undertakes to appear for trial whenever required by the Honorable Court to present his
defense.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, in view of the above, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court
that the instant Motion be granted.
Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.
