a. Andy has held leadership positions in private equity backed businesses executing
successful buy and build strategies. He was recently COO and CFO of CooSys, one of
the largest heating and cooling services companies in the country.  Andy
previously served as CFO as well as President and CEO of the Valley Crest Group, one
of the country's largest landscape maintenance businesses.  Earlier in his career, Andy
held senior finance roles at NewsCorp, Universal, ITT Sheraton, the Walt Disney
Company, and PepsiCo.
13) For Joe Pritchard, after first sentence add: Pinnacle is the largest independent substance abuse
treatment chain in the country. 
14) Update Michael Spigel to:
a. Michael has spent his career in physical therapy in varying capacities. Most recently,
Michael became President & CEO of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation. Previously, he
served as President of Brooks Rehabilitation where he executed a buy and build strategy
which resulted in revenue growing from $30 million to $200+ million. Previously,
Michael was with The Rehabcare Group serving as SVP of Group Operations.

16) Update Andrew’s bio:
a. Andrew is a founding member of the Fletch investment team with over 10 years of lower
middle market private equity experience. Prior to starting Fletch, Andrew participated on
the deal teams of eight Celerity Partners portfolio companies in healthcare,
transportation, energy and aerospace. He currently sits on the boards of 360 PT
Management, Well-Foam, Western Jet Aviation and Wolf HVAC Holdings.  Andrew
holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern
California.  
b. Under Andrew’s meal there are 2 colons. Remove 1.
17) Update Corey’s bio
a. Corey is a Principal and founding member of Fletch Equity where he primarily focuses
on deal execution and portfolio management. Previously, Corey spent 5 years at Celerity
 Partners where he was closely involved with all new platform investments. Prior to
Celerity, Corey was a consultant at Investor Group Services, a boutique strategy
consulting firm based in Boston, MA. There he managed over 30 transaction advisory
engagements for private equity and corporate clients in a variety of industries. Corey
currently serves on the board of Tru Fit Holdings. Corey holds a M.B.A. with a
concentration in Corporate Finance, from Babson University and a Bachelor’s in
Psychology from Harvard University.
