Daily Dashboard

This report is sent to the hotel on a daily basis and measures the upsell performance Key
Metrics vs the forecast. This report is used by the Key Drivers to drive the performance
and to communicate results to their team during shift briefings.

For each dial, you see 2 data; the left number is the actual, the right number is the
variance vs forecast Month to date.

This report is dated 23rd January, it shows the performance from the 1 st until the 22nd
included.

The Key Metrics Dials

1. Looking at these dials, which dials are not on target?


2. What could be the reasons of not achieving the target for each dial?
3. What could be the daily strategy communicated by the Key Drivers, to drive
performance?
4. Yesterday 0 upsell was achieved, as a Key Driver, how concerning is this? And how
could this be raised to the team?
