DAILY ROUTINE
7 MUST-DO THINGS TO SKYROCKET YOUR
FOCUS, PRODUCTIVITY & LEARNING POWER

REVIEW YOUR GOALS

At the beginning of the day, take a moment to review your
goals for the year, month and the day. This will help you to
plan your tasks that are in alignment with your goals.

EXERCISE
Exercise is not only good for the body, but for the brain too.
Daily exercise improves brain function, keeps you fit and
increases your energy. Exercise for 150 minutes in a week.
That’s 30 minutes of exercise for five days in a week.

READ A BOOK
Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. said, "A mind that is stretched by a
new experience can never go back to its old dimensions." Daily
reading helps you to succeed and thrive in today's competitive
world, and enables you to becomes a life-long learner. Start
with 10 minutes a day and slowly increase the time spent on
reading.

MEDITATE
Daily meditation (for as little as 8 minutes) will help you to beat
stress, improve your attention span, and help you to effectively
deal with distractions and interruptions at the workplace. A
simple way to meditate is to just focus on your breath. Every
time you realise that your attention is not on your breath,
simply re-focus on your breath.

SPEND SOME TIME ALONE

Spend atleast 10 minutes a day in solitude. No digital devices,
reading or music. No agenda. It's just you and your thoughts.
Stop the 'input' and let your brain relax and reflect. This will
give you an opportunity to think deeply about things that
matter in your life. Have a notepad by your side (you never
know, you might get an idea that will totally change your life!)

DO A MIND LOG
The best way to improve your memory is to practice
"recalling". Towards the end of the day, take a few moments to
recall what happened in the day. This will boost your attention
and memory.

SLEEP WELL
Do not compromise on sleep. A good night's sleep (6 to 8 hrs)
is critical for peak performance.
