 Encourage employees have high engagement level with the org.

It is the employees who will do the detailed work in future plan, they are the one who will
actually complete the project. It is very important for the employees to know the precise
planning because they have the first hand knowledge of the org.

They know the weakness and strength that the higher management could not see. Besides,
engaging employees will help the org to move in the desired direction.

Disagree. Employees will only be confused of they doesn’t know anything about the
company plan, they will also feel demotivated at work, because they feel like they doesn’t
understand their job. They know the weakness and strength that the higher management could
not see. Therefore, an org. should have transparency and it can keep employees to focus and
work on a common mission.
