Spinach fried for 30 or 40 second then on bottom of tray with salt
leek x2 and Onionsx2, garlic, pepper (use whole Leek) fry
Mushrooms about 6 fry
Chop it all up really fine sort of rustic
3 tablespoons olive oil and flour after made sauce handful of cheddar or parmasan
put on cannaolini

stamp/stab into mix on either side of cannaloni to fill up
