Significance of the Study

The present thesis has the following substantial point: (1) the present study
would provide the Business Management Students of City of Malabon University
the significant ways how skills and knowledge learned will be used in the work
field; (2) the present study shows what factor used most by the students which can
be either soft skills or hard skills; (3) the present study would provide a review on
how the students are preparing and developing their capabilities that will be used
on the future job; (4) the present study would present examined data to ensure that
students have the basic academic, critical thinking and personal skills necessary to
maintain specifically on the workplace; (5) overview during the on-the-job training
to have a successful transition from academic environment to the workplace; (6)
the presented examination and analysis of the present study which eventually could
be a tool, a consideration, for other researches in which the topic and thesis would
be on the same avenue to achieve a successful study.
