Of which I am the lawful owner of the motor vehicle mentioned above, by virtue of Deed
of Absolute Sale which I acquired from Sonia Udquin.

I hereby warrant the said motor vehicle is free from all liens and encumbrances and, that I
will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind of nature from
the third persons.
