Position Systems Engineer
Responsibilities The Systems Engineer will support the
planning and direction of system
engineering tasks. The Systems
Engineer will participate in all required
activities to include interfacing with
stakeholders and in development of
systems engineering plans and
processes. Provide technical leadership
support in formulating requirements, and
in identifying critical requirements. The
Systems Engineer will participate in:
 • Architecture and requirements
development and reviews

• Peer reviews of work products derived

from requirements specifications

• Deriving system requirements form

Qualifications / skills needed

Minimum Education and Experience: *
• Bachelor’s Degree in System
Engineering, Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, Engineering
Management, or related discipline from
an accredited college or university plus
and 5 years work experience as an EW
Systems Engineer OR equivalent
experience
• Knowledge of EW Self-Protection
Systems (e.g. RWR. LWS, MWS) and
performance

• Demonstrated experience in support of

Systems Engineering efforts is required.

• Five to ten years’ experience as an EW

Systems Engineer knowledgeable of
integration of software, electrical and
mechanical systems

• Familiarity with: MS Office applications

 • Knowledge of IBM Rational-DOORS

• Ability to communicate in small working

groups or program teams

• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team

environment
