Fundamental are generally defined in terms of a minimal list of elements that

human beings necessitate(নেসাসিটেট), in order to fulfill basic requirements and

achieve a decent life. Typically, the list includes basic commodities, such as
food, clothing, and shelter, as well as essential services, as access to drinking
water, sanitation, to education, to healthcare facilities, to get the right
judgment, and to public transportation. The Constitution of the people’s
republic of Bangladesh in Act of 1972 there says that it shall be a fundamental
responsibility of the State to attain, through planned economic growth, a
constant increase of productive forces and a steady improvement in the
material and cultural standard of living of the people, with a view to securing
to its citizens. In TBC news report The government has made all preparations
to deliver the books to 4.27 crore students from pre-primary to Class X and
also give food for the primary students to ensure the nutrition so the students
are encouraged to come in the school. So all types of children can get a proper
education. Moreover, the law is equal for everyone. For example, In the daily
start reports says that A Barguna court today sentenced six people including
Ayesha Siddika Minni to death in the Rifat Sharif murder case. So none one
will do this type of thing in the future. So a fair judgment happens. On the
other hand, however, Corruption also happens if people want to fulfill their
wants. Corruption For example in govt they bribe the system people for that
other candidate is deprived of the rights. It’s an unfair thing to the candidates.
If the basic fundamentals are ensured maybe corruption cant be happened. It
seems that basic fundamentals must be ensured to remove unfairness. But
Abdul alim reported in Dhaka tribune that Question leak gang leader Salam
remanded. So that’s a fair judgment to all the people by arrested the leader to
stop the leak.
