Paukert et. al data is provided for the investigation
that to pump proppant will be crucial into natural
fractures in shale reservoirs. Experimental work is
done on core sample to represent fracture
conductivity. This study tells that pressure dependent
natural fracture permeability in shale and its effect
on shale gas. If the matrix system will tight,
permeability of fractures may be still sufficient for
available volume of fluid.

Literature review 2018

Liu J et. al multi stage hydraulically fractured well in
a shale reservoir produces gas at high production
rate in initial phase. In this study multi parameter
model for evaluation of shale gas recovery is used.
Production may declines with the passage of time. Its
fraction may be 20 to 30 % of the estimated gas.
Multi parameter optimization model are used to
maximize gas recovery rate in short term and in long
term as well.
