Chapter 45 — Individuality
“Beyond Ourselves”
Our God’s power can be seen everywhere, up to the clusters of galaxies in the whole
universe down to the smallest atom that you can think of. Our God is undoubtedly behind
everything. What’s more surprising is that, even though He created everything that we can think
of, none of his creations is that of equal of another. Each of God’s creation in the entire Universe
etc. We are all distinct from one another. That is how the tri-omni characteristics of our God can
be clearly observed.
But I want to focus on myself as an individual person who was created and blessed by
God to experience life here on Earth. Through reading Mrs. White’s Chapter in the mentioned
book above, I have thought of a word that can sum up the entire Chapter, and that word is:
“Beyond”. As imperfect and limited human beings as we are, we are nothing as compared to our
Divine Creator. But because of His grace and love for us, our individuality stretches beyond to
For God, nothing is impossible. Many characters in the Bible have doubted their
individuality as a human being, but because of God, their experiences and lives have gone from
Seeing myself now as both a creation and a child of God makes me feel blessed and
worthy to even be here on Earth. He had given me a purpose on why I am waking up every
morning and handle my day-to-day tasks in my life. All of these are going beyond on what I am
expecting from myself every day. With all of these, no doubts, but just believe in Him.
