No: CVS/8n]3%]2020 Date: 09/11/2020 NOTICE This is for information to all inmates of both Boys and Girls Hostel, considering recent Guidelines regarding opening of Universities and reallocation of Hostel, the rooms are required to be vacated by all hostel inmates by 25"" November, 2020 positively failing which they will be charged for keeping the rooms into their possession. However those who | by any circumstance could not come to University to vacate the room they must send authorization mail to chief Warden for getting their belongings packed and stored at hostel cloak room. Following instructions must be followed while visiting the campus for vacating hostel rooms: - No student will be permitted to stay in the hostel for the purpose of vacating their room; 2. Proper official process [i.e. making entry in the register etc] should be followed before vacating the rooms; 3. Social distancing must be maintained as per covid-19 guidelines; 4.
