1. What do you do to stay healthy and fit?

I follow a balanced diet, I eat vegetables, salad fruits and watter. Also, I sleep 8 hours it in
order to work better the next day.

Sometimes I exercise my body at home.


2. Do you do anything that is unhealthy? Explain?

Yes, during the week I sit in front of my computer studying online. But I try to take a
breath and remain healthy.
3. Why is exercise good for both the body and the mind?

Exercise is good for body and the mind because it is a sane way to break the daily routine,
moreover, physical activities helps to relax the muscles and relieve tension in our body
and when your body feels good your mind will too.

4. According to the text, why is exercise good for you?

Because It is good for both the body and the brain, and let us to feel happier and more relaxed,
also we change our daily routine, we can have a better performance in our study.

5. Where can you practice towerrunning?


We can practice towerrunning at office building in the skyscrapers of almost any big city.

6. Why is towerrunning popular in Asian cities?


Because all you need to do is start at the bottom of an office tower and run up all the
stairs until you get to the top. Also because the races take place in the most of the worlsd
´s tallest towers.

7. What is Piloxing?
The sport is a mixture of boxing, pilates and dance, it works with speed of boxing while
building your muscles and strength with pilates.

8. How is Piloxing similar to other sports?


Because it is a mixture of boxing, pilates and dance
9. What is paddleboarding?
Is a tough sport, you need to be strong to keep your balance

10. When is a good time to go paddleboarding Why?

At a golden hour, before sunset, the water is calm and the ocean will make you forget all your
problems.
