RE: DEMAND TO VACATE

Dear Sir and Madame,

We write on behalf of our client, __________ the owner of the property in

____________. It has come to our client’s knowledge just last June 2019 that you have been
unlawfully occupying the said property. There is neither a contract nor acquiescence from my
client allowing you to occupy the subject property.

It is now at this juncture, that I, on behalf of my client, hereby demand for you to vacate
the premises of my client’s property which you are unlawfully occupying ten (10) days
from the receipt of this notice.

It is incumbent upon you to give preferable attention and serious consideration to this
Demand. Should you choose to ignore this letter by failing to vacate the premises ten (10)
days from receipt of this notice, my client will immediately file the appropriate civil case
against you. In addition to this, we will refer this case to the local government of Alfonso,
Cavite for the lack of necessary permit for the structure you have unlawfully built.
