COVID Protocols to be STRICTLY Followed

I. On Disinfection of Surfaces

1. Frequently touched surfaces (Table tops, doors and handles, cellphones, chairs, sink, light
switches, floor)
i. Disinfect at least twice a day (REFER TO SCHEDULE)
ii. Wipe surface with wet towel to remove dust and particulates, and clean surface like how
you would normally clean it.
iii. Spray with disinfectant. Repeat this step twice.
iv. Allow to air dry
v. Apply disinfecting spray to air
vi. General clean-up for majority of the house:
 Clean living room, dining area, and kitchen every morning.
 Sweep and mop floor using water with disinfecting solution.
 Allow to dry.
2. Comfort Rooms
i. Disinfect EVERY AFTER USE
ii. Wipe down toilet surface
iii. Apply disinfecting spray
iv. WASH HANDS after using the comfort room

3. Eating utensils and kitchen ware


i. Sterilize/Soak in hot water utensils (spoon & fork) 30 mins. before use.
ii. WASH YOUR OWN PLATES AND UTENSILS AFTER EVERY USE
iii. Allow plates to dry on rack
iv. WASH HANDS after washing plates
v. All plates and kitchen ware should be washed IMMEDIATELY after use
vi. Cleaning the sink:
 Clean sink after every meal
 Clean sink with soap and water. Rinse surface.
 Wipe down with dry towel
 Apply disinfecting spray
 Do not use sink for 15 minutes after application of disinfecting spray

4. Bedrooms
i. Clean room every 8:00 AM. THIS IS MANDATORY.
ii. Sweep and wipe room surfaces such as but not limited to doorknobs, table surfaces, light
switches, and electric fan.
iii. Apply disinfecting spray.

II. On Personal Hygiene


1. Wash your hands often with SOAP AND WATER. It is especially important to wash
 after you have been in a public place
 Before eating or preparing food
 Before touching your face
 After using the restroom
 After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
 After handling your mask
 After changing a diaper
 After caring for someone sick
 After touching animals or pets

b. Take a bath everyday


c. Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of
your elbow and do not spit.
d. Throw used tissues in the trash.
e. Be alert for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of
COVID-19.
 Especially important if you are running essential errands, going into the office or
workplace, and in settings where it may be difficult to keep a physical distance of 6 feet.
f. Take your temperature upon waking up and before going to bed.

III. On Exit and Entry of the House

1. Upon exit
i. Disinfect hands FIRST before taking mask out from the box.
ii. Always wear a mask when outside of the house, including when talking to people by the
gate.
iii. Do not forget to bring Quarantine Pass
iv. Maintain social distancing when outside, and refrain from touching surfaces when
unnecessary.

2. Upon entry
i. Remove mask and dispose it immediately to designated trash bin upon arrival. DO NOT
ENTER HOUSE WITH MASK ON.
ii. Remove clothing or garments (shirt, socks, shoes) outside and place in hamper/rack
provided.
iii. Disinfect hands with 70% alcohol before entering the house.
iv. Wash your hands immediately once inside the house.

TO DO BEFORE ENTRY
