Unit of Competency Implement Post-harvest Program

General Instruction:

After you prepare the required materials, you are going to print what you observed in packing harvested
produce.

Specific Instruction:

1. Prepare all the materials needed in the competency

2. Visit to a nearest farm in your community.

3. Observe their postharvest practices employed in their farm.

4. Identify what kind of best practices they performed in harvesting produce.

5. Take pictures of the operations you have seen in the farm

6. Print the pictures in a short bond paper (1 bond paper = 1 picture with description)

7. Submit your output for evaluation
