CM1 TASKS: CASE MANAGER.

CONTACT WITH CLIENT:


*Provide status and updates of claims.
*Update treatment updates.
*Update personal information.

*Aid with documentation and forms.


*Solve doubts regarding the whole SSD process.

CALL SSA:

*Request status of claim.


*Ask for DDS office (s) where claim is pending.
*Receive information to give to CL.

*Provide any CL's personal information.

CALL DDS:

*Request status of claim.


*Ask for any pending. documentation/forms (if applicable).
*Request fax numbers and any other specific numbers to send paperwork to.
*Act as the spokesperson for CLs.

PAPERWORK:

*Fax any form the SSA is lacking from us.


*Receive TU in PDF format and send it to the Medical Records unit.
