PARTICIPATION REGARDING THIS FORUM.

It is a real pleasure to be able to greet you and wish successes in all your functions, at the
same time I address you in order to tell you a little about my work, my daily routine from
when I arrive until I leave it and also tell you what my work will be dreams! So I will start
by telling you that I work in the Public Ministry of the Republic of Honduras, I am
employed with a Permanence Agreement and I have twelve (12) years of working in that
institution, where I have been working as a Receiver of Complaints assigned for seven ( 7)
years in the Special Prosecutor's Office for the Protection of Women, having an entry time
of 8:00 in the morning with departure time at 4:00 in the afternoon, it should be mentioned
that the formalism of the departure time, only It is a saying, since I can say that I never
leave at 4:00 in the afternoon, so on many occasions it has been difficult for me to enroll
some subjects that have a 4:40 pm schedule, I add that my Workload consists of receiving
complaints by the commission of acts constituting Domestic Violence, I do not describe it
as a crime because our criminal code does not contemplate it as a crime or as a fault, but as
a Constitutive Act, these complaints I receive them from the Public Prosecutor's Office
(CEIN), later I send them in a Special Format to the Special Court against Domestic
Violence (this work is every day), I also receive all the files in the investigative modality
from both the Office of the Prosecutor of Turn, Court of Execution, Police Directorate of
Investigation and other Prosecutors, and when I receive those files I have to check them
that their pages are in order, I register them in a book that is to register those files, later I
enter the digital system and then they are sent to the tax attorneys through internal memos, I
have the task of making weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, I make
requests for stationery and other office supplies and equipment that have been completed, I
make the daily agendas of my colleagues prosecutors, in which the daily hearings that are
held in the Courts of this city are recorded, c on the appearance of our prosecutors.

In addition to the work described, I review the email of this unit, where it sent and received
proceedings, instructions from the Superior Prosecutors, also scanned and sent all printed
records for each case evacuated by this tax office.
Once my workday is over, I head from my work center, to my UTH study center, which
normally ends at 8:30 at night, sometimes at 9:20 at night, then I turn to my home, in which
my family (my husband and eleven-11-year-old daughter) is waiting for me, many times at
the time I get home, I get to do the household work such as cleaning, make dinner and Then
I check my daughter's homework, and there is usually always something she needs to finish
for what I continue to work but in the peace and quiet of my home, it is almost customary
to fall asleep at 11 or 12 at night, until I finish all My duties, such as MOTHER, WIFE,
HOUSEHOLD, EMPLOYEE AND STUDENT, since on many occasions I have revealed
myself doing my own tasks.

AT DAWN: I wake up at five (5) in the morning to get my daughter ready and send her to
school, then I prepare my and my husband's snacks, we get ready and we both go to our
work centers and so my ADORABLE AND EXHAUSTIVE ROUTINE.

AS TO THE WORK OF MY DREAMS: God has been good to me and I conclude by

saying, I am at the job of my dreams, where today I work as a Receiver of complaints, but
with my sacrifice and effort in the future not too far away I will work as a tax attorney for
Honorable Public Ministry of the Republic of Honduras
